Die Gemeinde Grenzach-Wyhlen hat eine höhere Miete für die Nutzung des Freibads festgelegt, als ursprünglich kommuniziert. Daher ist es notwendig, dass sich jeder Teilnehmer des Vorabendtreffens an den Kosten beteiligt. Im Freibad können wir zwei Grillstellen, die Toiletten und Duschen benutzen und für die Übernachtung können Zelte aufgestellt werden. Die Fahrräder können wir natürlich auch mit ins Bad nehmen. Auf Basis der aktuellen Teilnehmerliste haben wir zunächst einen Beitrag von 10 Euro pro Person angesetzt. Dies ist immer noch günstiger als ein Zeltplatz oder Hotel.
Es wäre schön, wenn viele von Euch schon am Samstag zum Treffen kommen. Dies macht nicht nur den persönlichen Beitrag günstiger, sondern vereinfacht uns die Ausgabe der Tracking-Geräte. Am Sonntagmorgen ist für solche Dinge erfahrungsgemäß nur wenig Zeit.
Wir schlagen vor, dass wir uns am Samstag um 16:00 Uhr vor dem Freibad treffen (Rettungszufahrt). Vorher könnt Ihr Euch im Supermarkt Hieber in Grenzach mit Lebensmitteln eindecken. Diejenigen, die erst nach 16:00 Uhr dazukommen können, melden sich per Telefon bei uns und werden dann hereingelassen.
Falls wir nicht die nötige Menge an Teilnehmern zusammenbekommen, müssen wir die Anmietung des Freibads stornieren und ggf. eine andere Möglichkeit suchen.
The community Grenzach-Wyhlen has set a higher rent for the use of the outdoor pool than originally communicated. Therefore, it is necessary for each participant of the meeting to participate in the costs. In the outdoor pool we can use two barbecue areas, toilets and showers and tents can be set up for the night. Of course, we can also take the bikes inside. Based on the current list of participants, we initially set a contribution of 10 euros per person. This is still cheaper than a campground or hotel.
It would be good if most of you could come to the meeting on Saturday. This not only makes the personal contribution cheaper, but also simplifies the handover of tracking devices for us. On Sunday morning, there is usually little time for such things.
We suggest that we meet in front of the
swimming pool on Saturday at 16:00 (at the
rescue road). Before that you can
stock up on food in the supermarket Hieber in Grenzach. Those who come after 4:00 pm will contact
us by phone and then be let in.
If we do not get the necessary amount of participants, we have to cancel the rental of the outdoor pool and look for another possibility if necessary.
